Booking Terms and Conditions

1.A Non-refundable booking deposit of 35 % of the total tour cost or INR 15000 per person whichever is higher at the time of booking. This would be adjusted towards your final tour price.

2.Balance of payment 25 days prior to departure.

3.If booking made within 25 days of departure. Full payment at the time if confirmation of the booking.

Cancellation Policy :

In the circumstances wherein you desire to cancel the proposed tour,following cancellation charges will be deducted from the deposit amount:

Within 60 days prior to departure – booking deposit or service fee applies.

59 Days – 45 Days prior to departure – 40 % of total tour cost.

44 Days - 30 Days prior to departure - 55% of total tour cost.

29 Days - 15 Days prior to departure – 75% of total tour cost.

14 Days prior to departure – 100% of total tour cost.
