Booking Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable booking deposit of INR 10000 or 20% of the total tour cost per person, whichever is higher at the time of booking. This would be adjusted towards your final tour price. Please note that this initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation or change of travel date by the clients. Balance of payment 25 days prior to departure.

If you book within 15 days of departure. Full payment at the time if confirmation of the booking.

Cancellation Policy :

In the circumstances wherein you desire to cancel the proposed tour, following cancellation charges will be deducted from the deposit amount:

Within 30 days - 3 months prior to departure, a booking deposit or service fee applies.
20 Days – 12 Days prior to departure – 50 % of total tour cost
11 Days - 04 Days prior to departure - 75% of total tour cost
03 Days - 00 Days prior to departure – 100% of total tour cost
