The Gwalior-Orchha-Khajuraho Tour for a 6-day tour offers families and small groups a deep dive into the rich heritage, architecture, spirituality, and natural beauty of Madhya Pradesh. The tour includes sightseeing of Gwalior, Orchha, and Khajuraho.

Tour Highlights

Gwalior—Gwalior Fort, Jai Vilas Palace, Sas Bahu Temples, Tansen’s Tomb.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Gwalior Airport.

Arrival at Gwalior Airport. Transfer to the hotel, check in at the Gwalior Hotel. After freshening up, we will start a sightseeing tour of Gwalior. Overnight at Gwalior Hotel.

Day 2: Transfer to Gwalior to Orchha (120 km/3.5 hrs. journey)

After breakfast, transfer to Orchha; journey time is approximately 3.5 hours. En route to Datia Palace. Check in at the Orchha hotel. Late afternoon, sightseeing of Orchha. Overnight at Orchha hotel.

Day 3: Orchha Tour

Early Morning Walk at Betwa River. Optional adventure activity: river rafting or kayaking. Orchha Wildlife Sanctuary. Overnight stay at Orchha hotel.

Day 4:Transfer to Khajuraho

After breakfast, transfer to Khajuraho. Check in at the hotel, and in the evening, visit the light and sound show at the Western Group of Temples. Visit the local market. Overnight at Khajuraho hotel.

Day 5: Khajuraho Sightseeing

After breakfast, a full-day sightseeing tour of Khajuraho. Overnight at Khajuraho hotel.

Day 6: Transfer to Gwalior Airport

After breakfast, transfer to Gwalior Airport.

Booking Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable booking deposit of INR 10000 or 20% of the total tour cost per person, whichever is higher at the time of booking. This would be adjusted towards your final tour price.

Balance of payment 25 days prior to departure.

If you book within 15 days of departure. Full payment at the time if confirmation of the booking.

Cancellation Policy:

In the circumstances wherein you desire to cancel the proposed tour, following cancellation charges will be deducted from the deposit amount:

Within 30 days - 3 months prior to departure, a booking deposit or service fee applies.
20 Days – 12 Days prior to departure – 50 % of total tour cost
11 Days - 04 Days prior to departure - 75% of total tour cost
03 Days - 00 Days prior to departure – 100% of total tour cost
