Booking Terms and Conditions
1. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount is either 35% of the total
tour cost or INR 15000 per person, whichever is higher, at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted
from the final tour price, ensuring that your reservation is confirmed.
2. The remaining balance of payment must be settled 25 days prior to your departure date. This allows us to
finalize all necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for you.
3. In the event that you make a booking within 25 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the
time of confirmation. This is to ensure that all arrangements can be made promptly and efficiently.
Cancellation Policy:
If, for any reason, you need to cancel your tour, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- If the cancellation is made within 60 days prior to departure, the booking deposit or service fee will be
deducted from the deposit amount.
- For cancellations made between 59 and 45 days prior to departure, 40% of the total tour cost will be
deducted.
- Cancellations made between 44 and 30 days prior to departure will incur a deduction of 55% of the total tour
cost.
- If the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the total tour cost will be
deducted.
- Cancellations made within 14 days prior to departure will result in a deduction of 100% of the total tour cost.
